About Rachel Moore
Rachel Moore is a licensed clinical social worker, trauma specialist and performance coach dedicated to helping high achievers, professionals, couples and families move beyond what’s holding them back — whether that’s past trauma, chronic stress, or unexpressed potential. Leveraging her experience as a former paramedic and firefighter, Rachel understands high-stakes environments and brings a unique blend of real-world resilience and therapeutic expertise.
At Performance Sanctuary Counseling, she combines evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy, somatic and vagus nerve-system regulation, trauma work, nutritional support for mental health, and Gottman Therapy with nature-based and cutting-edge approaches — so clients don’t just heal, they grow and master their performance in life, relationships, and work. Rachel’s holistic map begins with a thorough assessment and moves toward tailored plans to help clients see true change and progress individually, in their marriage, and in corporate spaces.
Online, in-office, and eco-therapy (nature spaces) are available for session from ages 3+ as well as couples, families, and corporate groups. She is also available for traveling, speaking, and on-site training.
Testimonials:
“You have helped me way more than you even know. I tried all the things you sent me and even learned a few things of my own and it actually works. I have spent years in the healthcare system with multiple people and all of them made me feel even more crazy than I already did. You make me feel like I can use the things all people deemed negative and make them a positive. You are absolutely angelic. Thank you.”

“When I first met Rachel, I was in one of the lowest points of my life. I was struggling with depression, drinking too much, and smoking a pack a day. My marriage was falling apart and I didn’t know how to move forward. From our first session, Rachel met me with grace, understanding, and a level of insight I hadn’t experienced before. She helped me see that I was worthy of love and capable of real change. Rachel guided me through uncovering and healing from the childhood trauma that had been shaping my relationships and decisions for years. She also helped me understand how my pain and my ex’s pain had fed off each other, keeping us both stuck in something unhealthy. Her approach was compassionate, down-to-earth, and sometimes unconventional, but it worked. Because of her, I’ve become a better version of myself. I’ve quit smoking, I drink responsibly, and I’m now in a healthy, loving relationship with someone who respects me and has done their own healing too. I’m deeply grateful for the tools and perspective Rachel gave me. She truly changed the course of my life.”
