The performance Sanctuary
Founded by licensed psychotherapists with backgrounds in trauma healing, performance psychology, and emergency response, The Performance Sanctuary was created to serve those who live intensely: the performers, leaders, caregivers, and warriors of everyday life. Our approach is holistic, blending evidence-based therapy with nature, neuroscience, spiritual wisdom, and body-based healing.
