Reiki is a natural, non-invasive, hands-on energy healing technique that supports the body’s ability to regulate and heal itself. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese terms:
Rei: higher power, guided or informed energy beyond personal effort or force
Ki: life force energy present in all living thingsEverything carries Ki: people, animals, plants, emotions, thoughts, and the physical body. When this energy circulates freely, we tend to feel clear, grounded, and whole. When energy becomes stagnant, dense, or depleted ..often due to stress, injury, or emotional strain… Reiki helps restore flow, balance, and vitality. Reiki does not impose change. Instead, it supports the system in doing what it already knows how to do.
-
Reiki works across all layers of the self.. physical, emotional, mental, and energetic. Through light touch or hands placed just above the body, Reiki encourages energy to move where it has become stuck and nourishes areas that feel depleted.
Each experience is unique. Some people feel warmth, tingling, pulsing, deep relaxation, or emotional release. Others notice subtle shifts in awareness or clarity. There is no “right” way to experience Reiki; the body responds in its own way and time.

The human body is an energetic system as much as it is a physical one. Every cell vibrates at a specific frequency, and our thoughts, emotions, and stress patterns influence this energetic landscape.
The energy system is commonly described through:
The aura: a multi-layered field surrounding the body
The chakras: centers of energy regulation along the spine
The meridians: pathways that circulate energy throughout the body
These systems work together to support balance and vitality. Reiki engages the entire energy system, encouraging coherence and flow.

3–4 sessions over two weeks are recommended to address specific issues, followed by maintenance sessions every 4–6 weeks.

There is nothing you need to do.
