This evening is a soft introduction—to our work, to this space, and to a shared field of presence, healing, and embodied connection. A place to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself… gently.

🌬️ Grounding breathwork & centering meditation
🫶 Restorative, grounding yoga with gentle fascial release & myofascial unwinding
✨ Reiki-infused movement to harmonize body, mind & spirit
🌈 Aura-clearing scarf dance to uplift your energy
🌀 Intuitive movement, soulful flow & rhythmic expression
🔥 A warm ritual & intention setting
💫 Crystal bowls sound bath for deep rest & integration
💗 Heart-centered sisterhood sharing, held, witnessed, honored

All amenities at the sanctuary will be available for you to explore up to two hours before the circle, if you’d like to extend your experience:
