Mother Wound Healing Circle
Set Your Soul Free
Mother’s Day can bring up so much.
For some, it is beautiful and simple. For others, it is complicated, painful, layered, or lonely. It can stir grief for the mother you lost, the mother you needed but did not have, the mother you are trying to become, or the parts of yourself that were never fully seen, protected, nurtured, or celebrated.
This 2-hour healing circle is a safe, supported space to gently and bravely begin releasing the pain of the mother wound.
You will be guided through a powerful experience designed to help you feel witnessed, valued, and held as you reconnect with your own power, your own voice, and your own capacity to mother yourself. This is a space to begin letting go of the need to keep reaching for something that may never have been available in the way your heart needed it to be.
Through sound, guided meditation, somatic and polyvagal movement, therapeutic release, art, writing, reflection, and connection, you will be invited to honor your story without being defined by it.
This circle is about reclaiming your own sanctity. Remembering that you are not broken because you were not mothered well enough. Creating space for grief, truth, compassion, and freedom.
This Mother’s Day season, you are invited to reclaim the day for yourself.
Come be witnessed.
Come be valued.
Come remember who you are.
The event will be led by Rachel Moore, LCSW, licensed therapist, relational expert, and trauma healer.
This experience will include:
Sound journey, therapeutic release, art and writing exercises, guided meditation, somatic and polyvagal movement activation, reflection, connection, and more…all in the peaceful, intentional environment of The Performance Sanctuary! Wear comfortable clothes, bring a journal and pen, and come expecting release and affirmation of who you are in your own journey.
TICKET INCLUDES USE OF THE SANCTUARY AMENITIES AFTER EVENT
Date and Time: Saturday, May 9th, 2026, from 1pm-3pm
Location: The Performance Sanctuary, 20 Prospect Street, Building 2, Suite 212, Ballston Spa, NY
