Sports Mental Performance Group- Meets Weekly

Hello Parents and Coaches!

My name is Powell Cucchiella. I am a mental health professional working and living in Ballston Spa, NY, with a background as a division 1 athlete.

Beginning February 2nd, we are launching a weekly, in person Mental Performance Group in Ballston Spa designed specifically for athletes who want to strengthen the mental side of their game.

The group/workshop is a local and affordable mental performance resource for middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes who want to become more confident, consistent, and mentally resilient in their sport.

Most athletes spend several hours each week working on their physical and technical skills, but often neglect the mental skill that so often becomes critical on competition day. Positively Elite exists to train the mental side of sport and performance so that athletes can show up confidently and perform with consistency!

About the group
This group supports athletes in areas such as:

  • Confidence & self-belief

  • Focus and attention under pressure

  • Anxiety and performance nerves

  • Injury recovery mindset

  • Mental skills training (self-talk, imagery, mindfulness, breathwork)

  • Goal setting and training discipline

Details

  • When: Mondays at 4:00 PM (starting 2/2)

  • Where: The Performance Sanctuary – Ballston Spa, NY
