I offer a space that’s embodied, grounded, and real. A space where you can breathe again… where your body can soften, where you can be heard, and where your healing can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

I believe healing isn’t about fixing a broken thing..it’s about remembering the parts of you that have always been whole. The parts that got buried under fear, trauma, expectations, or survival. The parts quietly waiting to be reclaimed.

My therapy work is relational and deeply somatic. I use:

Reiki Healing
Offered separately (not psychotherapy)
Reiki is different from therapy. It’s quieter. Softer.
A space where your body leads, your mind can rest, and energy can move in its own natural way. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that channels universal life-force energy to promote balance and peace. Through gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) energy work, Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It brings together the mind, body, and spirit in a non-invasive, deeply calming way, whether you use it as a stand-alone practice or alongside other forms of healing.
